It has 3 electric meters, 1 water meter, and approx 9 parking spaces in back. The center division wall can be removed. History: Henry Alfred Miles, of Illinois, came to Ramona in 1899 where he bought many town lots and two businesses on Main Street including the Ramona Hotel on the corner of 7th and Main. He then built the Miles House in 1912 that exists today next to Miles Mercantile Store. In 1914 he added a second story onto the Ramona Hotel in anticipation of new business resulting from the Pan American Exposition in San Diego in 1915. This building became known as the Kenilworth Inn. The Kenilworth Inn was destroyed by fire in 1943 and never rebuilt. In 1925 - see sup.
