I know, I know, it's a difficult name and I'm sure you are wondering how to pronounce it..."Eye-kaw-nhee"; "Buh-lez". Still too difficult? Call me Ike, we can discuss the pronunciation later.
From the very first time I went apartment hunting with friends before graduating high school, I felt a desire to work in the real estate field. There was something about looking at floor plans, comparing prices and amenities, and learning about new neighborhoods that really piqued my interest. At the time, I had absolutely no idea how to turn this interest into a career (and I'm assuming I do now), so I took a rather circuitous route to get where I am today.
Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, I worked in the healthcare/rehabilitation field while completing my bachelors and masters' degrees in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training. While I certainly have enjoyed my clinical work as a Certified Athletic Trainer, my passion for real estate was renewed in 2016. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices has been a great fit for me, with a top notch support system for every transaction!
When you work with me, you get ME, not a giant team when you never know who will be working the open house or taking you to view homes. I provide each client with individualized attention to meet your specific needs, whether you are a first-time home buyer or a seasoned, veteran investor. This is why I only work with a few clients at a time. I want you to have my undivided attention!
I enjoy the look on someone's face, and the passion in their voice, when they walk into their dream home. I hope to help you find yours! I have lived in many different parts of the country, so I know that feeling when you, finally, find your home. Nothing beats it!
Your home, Your way!
