Andrew comes from a family that has owned and sold real estate for over 6 generations. As the saying often goes: "it runs in the bloodline". Born and raised in Egypt, Andrew developed great negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills at an early age. At 12 years old, he began his journey of building his salesmanship skills, selling a cell phone that was received as a gift (of which he did not particularly enjoy) at more than its retail price. Years later, he developed a concrete passion for sales and has now fine-tuned and professionalized those skills within real estate. His main priority in real estate is to use his skills and passion in sales to serve and help buyers purchase their dream homes for the best prices, and for sellers to sell their homes for the top dollar. Andrew is also bilingual, with a native fluency in Arabic and proficiency in French. He can also do a lot of math problems in his head without using a calculator! After moving to San Diego to attend the University of California, San Diego, he fell in love with the city and decided to call it home. As a result, he began his real estate work in the area.

Besides real estate, Andrew is very passionate about social entrepreneurship that positively impacts people's lives. He has had the privilege of going on several international service trips to support various non-profit organizations. In 2012, he had the opportunity to volunteer for Justice Rising, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, to build a rehabilitation home for victims of sex trafficking in Mombasa, Kenya. During the trip, he witnessed firsthand the negative impact extreme poverty has caused on the lives of poor families and the repercussions it has brought to communities, cities and nations. After this trip, he was deeply impacted and decided to create an investment fund that would be dedicated to helping families and individuals in need from different countries around the world. Thus, 10% of the proceeds he gets, will fund this project.

"Give a Man a Fish, and You Feed Him for a Day. Teach a Man To Fish, and You Feed Him for a Lifetime." Andrew believes in economic and social sustainability, which is why this fund is created to EMPOWER and enable individuals to start their own businesses, and ultimately help communities become economically sustainable.

This is just a glimpse of why he does what he does, so you can be assured that he will take good care of you, too!
