As an eight-year Berkshire Hathaway (formerly, Prudential) Honor Society and 2014, 2015 Leading Edge Society member, Andy's integrity, work ethic and business background have affirmed him as an accomplished Real Estate professional. An extremely well-organized task manager with over 12 years of experience with a Fortune 500 company, he has excellent communication and management skills. In the past 10 years, Andy has proven himself to be a valuable team player capable of understanding and handling complex, rigorous demands while managing multiple priorities. In addition, he was honored with Prudential's "Rising Star" Award his first year on the job.
Andy's interest and experience in real estate began over 30 years ago when his Father and Aunt began their real estate careers. This background, coupled with having lived in the San Fernando Valley for 50 years, gives Andy invaluable experience and insight into the direction and inner workings of today's real estate market. To add to this knowledge, he earned the Prudential Short Sale certification in 2009, and his REO Certification from the REO Institute of CO in 2012.

An advocate for abandoned/rescue pets, Andy is the proud parent of his two dogs, Jack and Trisha.
