Daniel's approach to real estate in the area and surrounds brings integrity, trustworthiness, due diligence and a refreshing honest approach. These virtues have always been paramount for him when dealing with clients and you will hear it time and time again from them. A degree in Biology and minor in Business from Sonoma University in Northern California afforded him opportunities in environmental studies as well as a particular interest in soil and water. While there, he did an internship with the Department of Fish and Game. Daniel enjoys brewing beer, restoring antique motor bikes (1920s to 1970s) as well as boating, gardening, and landscaping.
His clients have included UC faculty professors, business owners, and artists to say a few. He also has past experience in evaluating properties in the form of Broker Price Opinions (BPO's) for asset managers serving the banks. Daniel's clientele have included trust sales, first time homebuyers, long-term resident dwellers seeking to downsize into town homes/condos, as well as probate properties.
