Interest, trustworthiness, honesty, and due diligence have always been paramount virtues when dealing with my clients. Consideration of a buyer's requirements and a seller's expectations require an honest review, knowledge of the market, and a strategy to achieve success. These are my goals which I have stood by for the past eleven years.
Born and raised in Santa Monica, I attended public schools at Roosevelt, Lincoln Middle, and Santa Monica High School. A degree in Biology from Sonoma University in Northern California, as well as numerous business classes, afforded me opportunities in environmental studies as well as my particular interest in soil and water. While there, I did an internship with the Department of Fish and Game. In my spare time, I brew beer and enjoy restoring antique motor bikes (1920s to 1970s) as well as boating, gardening, and landscaping. In addition to my hobbies, I also manage family properties.
My clients have included UC faculty professors, business owners, and artists. I have past experience in evaluating properties in the form of Broker Price Opinions (BPO's) for asset managers serving the banks. Some of my clients were first time home buyers. Some of my clients were also long term resident dwellers seeking to downsize into condos, leasing for residential properties, as well as clients who expanded upward with respect to their needs
