Dean Decent joined the Berkshire Hathaway Team in fall of
2005. Mr. Decent is a well-rounded agent having had a
nearly equal amount of listings and sales. He has a thorough
understanding of the processes and psychologies of real estate
transactions from both sides. Blending these enhanced realty skills
along with a finely tuned design sense makes Dean a great fit for
today's Real Estate market.
Prior to becoming a Real Estate Agent, Dean worked as an Art
Director in print media - helping to refine today’s livable world
image. After co-workers and clients requested his services
for help in designing their personal spaces, Mr. Decent moved
forward into interior design where he excelled as an Interior
Decorator. Dean further increased his understanding of homes
and architecture having purchased a 1920's Spanish triplex in Echo
Park which he renovated from top to bottom. Dean started out in
Real Estate working part-time as assistant to Judy Oroshnik, and
now the two share a flourishing partnership.
“I really like all of the aspects of residential Real Estate.
I enjoy meeting and getting to know people while helping them
through the processes. Having worked my entire career with a
top agent has taught me a lot - and I love to use my knowledge to
help folks achieve their goals," explained Mr. Decent at a recent
open house. “I look forward to the next big challenge
and the next success!”
