With over 17 years of residential real estate experience, an extensive formal education and a passion to help people, Dean possesses the ability to represent you as an agent, at the highest level. He officially began his real estate career on the finance side, in 1999. He says that as a real estate agent his job is to advise and consult, so that people can make informed decisions. He says it's as simple as being knowledgeable, doing your due diligence, having strong work ethic, employing a negotiations strategy, and allowing the client to benefit from all of that.
He jokes about being in real estate since he was 8 years old, as his father purchased an investment property when he was just a young boy. At the time, he would accompany his father to collect the rents and do maintenance on the property. Being exposed to real estate from a young age would foster in him the acumen vital to seeing things from varying perspectives. It also ignited his passion to help people. Witnessing the challenges that his father had to endure in the real estate business, instilled in him a desire to empower people with the resources and information needed to avoid such obstacles and challenges.
Dean received his financial planning certification from the University of California, Irvine, his BA in Economics from the nationally ranked business and economics school at Chapman University and his MBA with an emphasis in financial planning from the top ranked financial planning program at Cal Lutheran University.
With his real estate knowledge, education, understanding of financing, work ethic, negotiation skills and passion to help people, Dean is the premier real estate agent for you at which ever capacity you need him. Whether you're buying or selling a home, need market condition reports or a broader economic overview of the market, he is a great choice.
Outside of work Dean is passionate about serving his family, friends, and the community. He enjoys being out on the town with his family, having dinner with friends and being involved in the community. He has been a parent assistant coach for his son's little league baseball team for the last 5 years and is currently a school site council member at his son's elementary school.
