For 30 years, Adam has engaged in real estate as an attorney, executive, consultant, and Realtor®. After graduating from Tufts University in Boston and Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago, Adam practiced as a real estate attorney at the largest real estate law firm in the country (now DLA Piper). He negotiated, structured, and closed complex commercial transactions as well as residential sales which require a lawyer in Illinois. Moving to Los Angeles in 1991, Adam continued to develop, buy, sell, lease, and finance real estate across North America for iconic live entertainment companies including Universal Concerts (a division of Universal Studios), House of Blues, and Nederlander Concerts in a range of senior executive positions including CEO and Head of Business and Legal Affairs. As a real estate agent, Adam provides the strongest level of representation for his clients. He is a master dealmaker who knows how to secure the most favorable terms while keeping what is often considered a highly stressful and chaotic process calm, organized and positioned to close on time. He is licensed as a Realtor® in California and Massachusetts and as an Attorney in California and Illinois. Adam is proficient in Mandarin Chinese.

Deborah first entered the real estate world as a teenager researching listings, preparing contracts, and working the phones for her parents who were real estate agents in San Diego. Earning her BA in Journalism from San Diego State University, she honed her marketing skills as an on-camera reporter for an NBC affiliate in Arizona, a writer for a Pasadena newspaper, and as a publicist at Rogers & Cowan, marketing the personal brands of many high profile music artists. Leveraging her experience back into real estate, she marketed and managed properties for a real estate development firm and helped build the brand of the largest home mortgage company in the country (now Bank of America) as part of its public relations team. Armed with Fortune 500 marketing experience, she became a Realtor® at another well-established brokerage in L.A. and then to Berkshire Hathaway, drawn by the power of its brand and advanced marketing tools. For sellers, Deborah brands and positions each home to stand above the crowd by customizing creative, cutting edge on-line and print strategies tailored to produce multiple offers and, in turn, the highest price. Likewise, she helps her buyers market and position themselves to win over sellers trying to distinguish between multiple offers when it comes down to more than just the money. She also has a unique ability to understand her buyers' vision and capture it in the market offerings and guides her clients through the relocation process to ensure a stress free transition. Deborah is licensed by the State of California and holds her Realtor® designation through the National Association of Realtors®.

Adam and Deborah have a network of high net worth buyers and sellers including deep relationships across multiple industries including media and entertainment, real estate, and law developed over 25 years in the market and through participation in several philanthropic endeavors and local school and other community organizations.
