D.J. Gross, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services
Successfully matching up a client's wants, needs and desires with real estate that meets that list of prerequisites can be a delicate balancing act-one that demands patience, ingenuity and problem-solving abilities. D.J. Gross of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services (BHHS) has found a way to accomplish this and more. By combining a passion for real estate and tenacity for finding solutions with a commitment to personalized service, he has found a niche among clients who want a realtor to guide them through the buying and selling process.
D.J. Gross strives to provide his real estate clients with the "perfect experience," as he had done over the years for celebrities, dignitaries and high-level government officials who stayed at the Hotel Bel-Air, where he served as Director. His background in communications and economics enables him to be a tough negotiator, one who has a unique understanding of the financials involved.
Although he is currently focusing his energies on residential real estate, Gross has experience in the commercial market as well. He serves clients throughout the San Fernando Valley and the westside of Los Angeles. Originally from Northern California, Gross is a proud alumnus of the University of Southern California. He has resided in the Los Angeles area since college, including three years in Brentwood and the last 10 years in Sherman Oaks.
