I believe no one can "sell" you a home. A Realtor needs to understand what you need and want and then helps you to find it. A professional Realtor needs to be objective and tell you when a property is too much for you to take on, or doesn't fit your needs, or will be a bad investment. A professional Realtor should be an invaluable resource and guide. A professional Realtor should not look for just a paycheck at the end of a transaction, but a lifelong friend and a source of referral business. I heard an expression once, years ago, and I believe it to be true. "A Realtor is like an airline pilot who is given the task of taking you from point A to point B. The pilot may chart the course, but no one can be certain what storms or problems will be encounter along the way. A good pilot can assure you will land safely at your destination." Allow me to guide you through all of the pitfalls and land you safely at the close of escrow into the comfort of your new home.
"Don you rock! We cannot thank you enough for helping us find our house. We have already recommended you to our friends and you can use us as a reference anytime. Thank you for going out of your way to make the house buying process go smoothly. Thank you for finding us a great house in a great neighborhood. Thank you for knowing more about what we needed than we did." J. Calbi
"Don, I just wanted to send you a note to thank you for helping us negotiate the home of our dreams. Your hard work took all the headache off our shoulders. This was our first purchase and you explained everything very clearly and patiently. You made sure all the details were completed in plenty of time. Any person thinking of purchasing a home would be extremely fortunate to be under your direction. I heard buying a new home was a nightmare with all the paperwork and details. You made the whole process very comfortable. " T. Marriott
"Don, thank you so much for finding us such a wonderful home! All your attention to our needs, all your expertise and experience, and all your hard work and long hours paid off for us-we're very happy with our purchase." H. Lin
"Dear Don, I am afraid that words may fall short in expressing what a great help you have been to my family and me throughout the entire process of finding, falling in love and buying a home in Los Angeles. Perhaps you, more than any of us, realized from the start what an enormous emotional decision this is and you were right there with us through thick and thin. From our first phone conversation, I had a "feeling" that I had somehow lucked into an extraordinary real estate agent. You were calm, knowledgeable and listened. When we decided on our home, you gave candid honest assessments of the property and the work it would take to pull it up to standard. Obviously you were not concerned with a quick sale, getting us off your hands and moving on. Somehow you came out of it smiling and so did we." S. Dandekar
