A 2016 Annual Honor Society Award Recipient for total GCI in the United States, Federico credits his success to a personal business philosophy that is value driven, and comes from being well informed about inventory and market trends, vital industry relationships, and a relentless work ethic.
Federico specializes on luxury homes and investment properties in the Los Angeles areas. He has worked from Malibu, Santa Monica, and the Pacific Pallisades to the Hollywood Hills, San Fernando Valley, Silverlake, and Downtown L.A. He understands the current market trends and lack of inventory in the Los Angeles area which is why he prides himslef on being well informed on off market listings and those listings which are about to hit the market. His negotiating skills and understanding the art of pricing and marketing has allowed him to maximize value for his clients.
Last year, Federico had multiple trophy listings and transactions throughout Southern California, including properties in Indian Wells, La Jolla, and Orange County.
Federico credits much of his success to his ability to build strong and lasting relationship with his clients, colleagues, and his power network. He is a strong believer that empowering and helping others achieve their goals always leads to genuine relationships and good business. His personal demeanor, and eagerness to contribute have been paramount to establishing himself at the top among his peers and colleagues. Federico has a marketing team, transaction coordinator, escrow company, title company, lenders, and lawyers behind which allows him to deliver above expectations for his clients.
Originally from Mexico, and fluent in Spanish, Federico has worked with international clients not only from Latin America, but from different parts of the world providing top-notch service to both buyers and sellers from all walks of life.
Federico's philanthropic activities are focused on mentoring and empowering the youth. He coaches High School tennis during his free time for Windward School, where he empowers the youth through athletics and mentoring. He is a regular volunteer for the non-profit organization PATH (People Assisting The Homeless) contributing to combat homelessness for families in the Los Angeles communties.
Federico earned a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Marist College in New York. Subsequently, he also earned a degree in Economics from Foothill College in Los Altos, California.
