As a former professional and Division 1 tennis player, Federico brings his athletic drive, passion, and tenacity, from the tennis court to his real estate career.
Federico's focus, work ethic, and leadership have been essential when pursuing his life's goals and achieving success. With a clear conviction of the power of a good education, and with his sights set firmly on developing his entrepreneurial spirit early on, Federico earned a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Marist College in New York. Subsequently, he also earned a degree in Economics from Foothill College in Los Altos, California.
Shortly after college, Federico decided to conquer the real estate arena, and started working with the Schon/Tepler Group, where he specialized in finding and closing residential and commercial real estate development deals. Federico quickly mastered the trade, becoming knowledgeable with the high-end market and developing strong relationships with his clients, guiding them through multifaceted and complex real estate transactions.
Federico's personable demeanor and eagerness have built a great reputation among his colleagues and clients. He thrives in providing exceptional customer service and finding great value for his buyers and sellers alike. Federico is responsive, dynamic, and conducts business with the highest ethical standards.
Originally from Mexico, and fluent in Spanish, Federico understands the challenges of working with international clients, who may not be familiar with the United States' highly regulated real estate markets. He is knowledgeable, dedicated and focused, providing top-notch service to both buyers and sellers from all walks of life.
Federico's philanthropic activities are focused on mentoring and empowering the youth. He is currently the Head Tennis Coach for Windward School where he uses tennis to teach Student-Athletes personal development. He also volunteers at the Big Brother/Big Sister Organization of Los Angeles which focuses on mentoring children and improving their community as a whole. In addition, Federico contributes part of every commission earned to the Charitable Foundation, which has provided hundreds of grants totaling approximately $4 million to local organizations that promote health and education.
