Jerri Davis earned her real estate broker's license during her senior year of high school. She was a Business Real Estate major at the University of Colorado and began her career in Southern California in commercial brokerage selling land to homebuilders. She comes from a family of investors and developers and spent the last 20 years buying and remodeling homes in Newport Beach, Corona del Mar and San Juan Capistrano.
Jerri has a passion to make her clients feel supported, comfortable and confident with their real estate decisions. Her experience and eye for development and design is a great asset to both buyers and sellers. Her areas of emphasis are the beach cities of Newport Beach, Corona del Mar, Laguna Beach, Dana Point, San Clemente, as well as San Juan Capistrano.
Jerri is very active in philanthropy and is the founder of The Orphan Campaign, a (501c3) organization, which provides basic supplies to orphans abroad and local foster children. She is a leader on a task force within the Orange County Social Services, Children and Family Services that is dedicated to supporting foster families and the children in their charge. As well, she sits on the board of directors of The Values Institute, which is a non-profit think tank dedicated to creating a values-based culture resulting in sustained, trustworthy relationships.
