Joan Schultz, a Realtor in California for over 30 years, grew up in the real estate world. Her father and grandfather were land developers in New York and she spent her teenage summers working in their office.
Joan has lived in San Diego since 1972. Shortly after moving here she entered the University of San Diego to get a masters degree in counseling.
In 1979, Joan obtained her real estate license and since that time she has successfully represented a long list of satisfied clients in the purchase and sale of property in La Jolla, Rancho Santa Fe, Carmel Valley, Del Mar, University City and communities beyond. Listening to her clients and helping them find the right home has become her forte.
Joan was awarded the McNaught-Davis Knox Award, which is given to one agent each year for her integrity, cooperation with other agents and community activity. The Soroptimists of La Jolla gave Joan their Woman of Distinction Award. She is a select member of the prestigious Top Producers Group.
