In 2016, Jonathan launched Succulent Realty. Operating under the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand and in conjunction with his interior design firm, Jonathan Lawrence. Succulents are sustainable, thrive in the region, and are liked by many. Which makes it a perfect name for Jonathan's business. Succulent Realty caters to clients interested in buying and selling interesting properties in the happening and up and coming neighborhoods of San Diego's metro area. With his background in architectural design, Jonathan has an eye for investment properties. As a longtime local, he is very in touch with where millennials are moving and what spaces they want to live in. Much like Downtown Los Angeles, San Diego's urban neighborhoods are experiencing a renaissance and boom in development. The time is now to relocate back to the city and Jonathan is here to help.
