I found my way into real estate 25 years ago. After
completing a fine arts degree in Interior Architecture at
California College of the Arts, I was looking for a way to combine
the two things I love into a work model: Architecture and
Design. The LA landscape and its unique mix of character
homes and architectural properties were a major draw—especially the
older communities on the “East Side” – Atwater, Los Feliz, Echo
Park, Silver Lake and the Northeast communities.
Prior to this, I spent a number of years in administrative
and paralegal capacities at San Francisco and Los Angeles law
firms. Good writing skills, an attention to detail and a
solid grasp of contract language and legalese have been very
beneficial to clients in what is always a fast-paced transaction.
My biggest priority is keeping everything on track so that
both parties can conclude a sale with the trust and confidence that
the process has served them well. Acting as both a listing
agent and a realtor for buyers, I am acutely aware of the
hot-button issues that surface for each party and stay in front of
the inevitable bumps in the road.
Currently I am a member of the Neighborhood Issues Committee
of the Echo Park Improvement Association and the Echo Park Chamber
