Ken has over 30 years' experience in the real estate business, which includes residential and commercial brokerage, single and multifamily ground-up development, property management, joint ventures and syndication's, all of which gives Ken a keen perception and understanding of the industry.
His approach begins with a clear understanding of each client's goals and objectives, and continues with an evaluation of current market conditions and an ongoing analysis of available properties. The result of this approach is that buyers can make informed and timely decisions, which will optimize their investment dollars. Ken is currently active in all facets of residential real estate brokerage, including the sale and listing of bank owned properties (REO's), short sales, multi-family apartment buildings, PUD's and condominiums.
Ken specializes in both buyer and seller representation for residential and investment property.
His approach is based on educating the client on the fundamentals that determine value and the not always obvious determinants of long term value as well as exposure to options the client may not otherwise consider.
