After soaring with the eagles in a lengthy military-aviation career, Lynette Tyner has touched down firmly at the Coronado Village office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties.
Lynette, who proudly served 4 years in the Navy as an aviation technician and 15+ years as a contractor operating F/A-18 flight simulator, she knew she wanted to pursue her passion to help people achieve their real estate goals after leaving the military. Her own experiences as a property owner and manager convinced her that obtaining a California real estate license was the best path to a rewarding career.
"I'm excited to help buyers and sellers," Lynette said. "It wasn't that long ago that I was convinced I would never own a home or be able to afford it. Now I own multiple properties, and I am so eager to help others achieve success in todays real estate market."
"Buying a home or an investment property can be intimidating. I love that I can help people through the process and be encouraging. I'm happy to be out in the community, networking and making friends along the way."
Branch Manager Joe Campagna described Lynette as an agent that clients can count on for honesty, integrity, punctuality, and dependability. He said Lynette chose the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties brand because of its solid reputation, state-of-the-art technology, ongoing training, mentoring/coaching, and marketing tools.
"The military taught me patience, assertiveness, honor, and how to handle stressful situations-traits I believe clients deserve in an agent," Lynette said.
"After interviewing multiple real estate firms, I found that Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties has an impeccable reputation and provides access to multiple training tools and resources. I feel like I have a team behind me ready to help with anything. It's great to be affiliated with such a welcoming, supportive group of professionals."
Lynette likes to stay active in the community when she's not working hard on behalf of her clients. She is a member of the Coronado Yacht Club and plays in softball leagues.
