Michael grew up in Irvine, CA. He attended University High School, where he served on Student Government for three years and played Varsity Tennis for all four years, leading his team to the 2009 National All-American Team Championship and four straight CIF Division-I Finals, winning the championships in 2007 and 2008. Michael then went on to USC, where he graduated with honors from the USC Marshall School of Business, concentrating in Real Estate, Management and Marketing. While at USC, Michael was also a member of the 4-peat NCAA Division-I Championship Tennis Team and is still actively involved in the tennis community, coaching nationally-ranked juniors and collegiate players in the Irvine area. Prior to his private coaching, he was an Assistant Coach to Team USA in the 2013 World University Games in Kazan, Russia, where the American team took home the Silver medal.
Currently, Michael attends Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law on a 100% Merit Scholarship. Ranked in the top 10% of the law school, he is a member of the Moot Court Competition Board, an upcoming Associate Editor of the Nexus Journal of Law and Policy, and a Student Ambassador. With his business background, he aspires to specialize in Real Estate and Business Law, and hopes to bring a breadth of knowledge and insight to his clients.
