My sales philosophy is quite simple. Know my clients' needs and objectives, know my product, know the marketplace, and make all my clients feel like they are my only client. The fusion of these components coupled with a "hands-on" personalized service approach is what I strive for with each and every client, and is responsible for my success for almost four decades.

I have closed in excess of $120,000,000 in sales and in 2014, was the recipient of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chairman Circle Platinum designation for being in the Top 1% of all Berkshire agents Nationwide. I was also the #1 agent in the Los Feliz office.

Prior to my Real Estate career, I spent 25 years in Television Advertising Sales and Management, including 12 years at KCOP-TV/Los Angeles, where I honed my analytical, negotiating and marketing skills; which parlayed quite nicely into my real estate career

An added bonus of buying or selling your home with me is my wife Susann, a talented interior designer since 1989. Her input in assisting us in your choice of a home, or readying one for sale, can be invaluable, and is available as a courtesy service, if desired, to all of my clients.

Susann and I have been married since 1985 and reside in the Studio City hills. Our daughter Sheri, an artist, lives nearby in Hollywood.

I am a past President of the Briar Summit Homeowner's Association during which time I successfully spearheaded a 2 year campaign with The Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy to purchase a 52 acre green space parcel in the neighborhood, that was deeded over to the Conservancy for permanent preservation and maintenance.

I also served on the Board Of Directors of The Los Feliz Improvement Association; the oldest homeowner's association in Los Angeles, for four years.

While my clientele is heavily referral-based, my main area of geographic focus spans from Silver Lake to the Beverly Hills Post Office as far south as Hancock Park/Miracle Mile and as far north as Studio City, Sherman Oaks and Valley Village. Simply put, if an area is too far out of my realm and I won't be able to do right by my client, I will refer them to someone who can.
