Representing buyers and sellers for 14 years, I have the experience and know how to navigate through any transaction. I have experience listing and selling residential homes, income properties, commercial properties, condos, lofts, new construction, as well as trust sales, probates and short sales. I can help you identify the benefits between different property types and find the property that is right for you both as a home and an investment. I have a background in home design and remodeling which helps in every step of the process from searching for properties, to negotiating on repairs and inspections.
What to Expect
For buyers, I am very hands on during the home search. I preview homes 3 times a week to make sure I see everything that fits your criteria as well as set you up with your own property search website so that you can search homes 24 hours a day. While previewing properties, I will video the home and send it to you via text or email to see if it will work for you. That way you spend less time looking at properties that don't work and can spend more time looking at properties that do work! When we find your home of choice, I am thorough in explaining every detail of the contract and will negotiate each step of the way on your behalf and be present during all inspections and guide you through your escrow period.
For sellers, I customize a marketing plan to fit your needs. I provide professional photography, your very own property website, home stagers, beautiful color fliers and more. I do weekly open houses until the property is sold, advertise online, in subscriptions and magazines. I focus on selling at the highest price possible, negotiate each step of the way, I'm present at all inspections and appointments and I pride myself on keeping you updated through the entire process until closing.
