He was then recruited by the #1 commercial real estate company, John Burnham & Company (now Cushman Wakefield), where he worked for over 11 years negotiating and drafting more that 320 agreements and creating over $55 million in property transactions.
He is qualified in multiple Residential and Commercial real estate arenas including single-family homes, retail, multi-family, and mixed-use. Also, using his experience in real estate and as a journeyman carpenter, he developed 3 buildings, two of which he still owns and manages. Among other things, this experience gives him the ability to identify both problems, and opportunities for clients.
Also, finishing his MBA at Cambridge University, U.K., with an emphasis on human psychology and behavior, and working over 280 clients in both Fortune 100 and smaller companies improve and gain competitive advantage as an Executive Coach and Business Consultant, helps his real estate clients negotiate and close their transactions in their best interest quickly, smoothly and effectively.
He has also served as President, Chair or Member on 16 boards, many of which are community-planning associations. This provides him with the knowledge, understanding, and relationships to move the right projects forward.
