I love being a realtor. I love helping people sell their homes and guiding buyers to find their dream home. Every escrow is different, posing its own set of challenges. Buyers and sellers need someone to help them navigate their way through the real estate maze and find solutions to each situation. I work through Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, with a team of talented people who each handle a different facet of real estate. Real estate has been my family's chosen business. My oldest brother was a developer with multiple projects around the city. He was instrumental in my development in real estate. My favorite part of real estate is advising sellers on how to increase their property's value, meeting new people and making lasting friendships. I reside in Los Angeles, I am married and the proud mother of two beautiful boys. I have attended UCSD, studied French at Sorbonne, taught English in Madrid, and travelled extensively through India, Nepal, Europe and Australia.

Find qualified buyers who are willing and able to put an offer on your home. 10.We negotiate on your behalf. Negotiation is meetings of the mind. It has to be handled delicately. We are a great negotiator but never aggressive. 11.Closing; We are there every step of the way.
