Studying the latest trends and changes in the industry is very important to me in my business; I am adamant about continuing education courses and subscribe to many real estate newsletters to help me provide the best service to my clients.
When I obtain a listing, my objective is to find the right buyer that will meet the needs of the seller and provide as smooth transaction as possible. My marketing techniques maximize the exposure of the listing to as many potential buyers in the local neighborhood and county-wide. I am proud to say that 90% of my listings, traditional or short sale, are completed transactions with a short-lived time on the market.
First-time buyers have been my greatest experiences because I enjoy seeing how happy they are to finally purchase their first home and transition from a life as a renter to a home owner. I feel very accomplished; their words cannot express how thankful they are to have a new place they call home. Prayer and hard work is important in every transaction.
I finished my Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and worked as an accountant in my early years. One of the executives in the company I worked for saw potential in my personality and how I interfaced with my coworkers. I was given the opportunity to manage a branch office in advertising and meet the monthly sales quotas, which I did on my first month in this new position. From then on, I knew this was the best move I have made. My sales career has led me to work with several newspapers and magazines for 25 years. In 2004, I began my career as full time real estate sales professional and now have become a licensed Broker Associate in Berkshire Hathaway Home Services - California Properties, formerly Prudential California Realty.
