Sofia Provencio joins Berkshire Hathaway on the next step of her creative journey and looks forward to partnering with those unique buyers seeking more than just a house, something more substantial than a property and those sellers who are hoping to partner with someone who understands how to market their home to the right buyer.
Sofia is a Southern California native who took the first step towards her dreams in NYC. She studied Interior Design at the New York School of Interior Design. There, she realized her affinity for textiles, color, and form and its importance in the home. Sofia's entrepreneurial spirit led her to partner in both, the start of a very successful Film Production Company and Camera & Photography business, as well. Always mindful of classic style and fashion, Sofia studied at FIT and designed and created a fine jewelry line that was sold through high-end venues like Fred Segal, and throughout the West Coast. Regardless of her varied areas of interest, Sofia has always gravitated towards architecture, design and real estate. Having purchased and sold several properties, independently, Sofia was recognized, published and featured in the Corcoran Properties iconic
Little Book of Big Values for her exceptional skill in home staging. Her methodology has been used to create a template for successful staging techniques by several elite property developers in the NYC market.
Having spent 20 years in Brooklyn, New York she is happy to, once again, call California home. She enjoys all that the San Diego landscape has to offer and enjoys relaxing with her family, outdoors, and doing creative projects, like sewing and quilting. She is proud to be making her real estate debut with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in Rancho Santa Fe, and is excited to bring her experience as an entrepreneur and business woman together with her love for beautiful spaces and sound investment decisions, to this market.
