Stella Worden and Bill Worden
A real estate professional for over 25 years, Stella Worden represents buyers and sellers throughout Orange County. She has concentrated her efforts in the high-end markets of Newport Beach, South Orange County, and Coastal Communities. Growing up in Newport Beach she witnessed the development of many sought-after communities. This insight has helped her throughout her real estate business.
In 1990, Stella had an integral part in the inception of Coast Newport Properties, the areas first and most successful boutique real estate company at the time, later purchased by Coldwell Banker. Partnered with the company's founder and president, the two dominated the market of homes listed and sold in the golf course community of Big Canyon for many years. Now affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Stella continues her successful career, partnering with Bill Worden, her husband of 23 years. Stella is well liked by her clients and colleagues and is known for her approachable demeanor and integrity. She gives the buyers and sellers a custom real estate experience with emphasis on service and follow through, discretion and reliability.
Bill has been in the real estate industry for nearly 30 years. After graduating from Stanford University, Bill pursued his childhood dream of playing professional baseball, playing for two USA National Teams in 1980 and various baseball organizations. In 1986, Bill entered the Title Insurance industry, working primarily for North American Title Company. After 25 years in the industry, Bill earned his real estate broker's license and NMLS lending credential. "25 years of title experience makes me confident is assisting homeowners to realize their dreams. I truly enjoy the process and the satisfaction it brings in helping each client," stated Bill Worden. Bill has represented buyers and sellers from Pasadena to San Diego. His outgoing personality and involvement in the community, including years of coaching and mentoring young athletes, has helped bolster Bill's success in the business.
Stella and Bill bring together a powerful combination of sales experience and knowledge. "Besides marrying him, the decision to work with Bill was the best decision I have ever made," says Stella. "His compassion, work ethic, wealth of knowledge and negotiation skills are like no other. He makes every transaction fun and we make new friends with every deal." They also have a huge compassion for working with the senior community and enjoy helping the Baby Boomers to navigate and make decisions during this transitional phase. Both carry the SRES or Senior Real Estate Specialist designation. Stella and Bill's two children, Casey (21) and Abigail (19) keep them busy when they are not closing sales.
