Tatyana began her career as an assistant to a patent lawyer, but quickly realized that her client skills were more valuable in real estate. Being a part of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices for more than five years, Tatyana skillfully navigates each step of a purchase, or sale, for her buyers and sellers, from start to finish. Described as a "real-estate matchmaker" due to her ability to listen to clients and know what they need, Tatyana is constantly building on her knowledge of Southern California neighborhoods and properties.
Whether the client is a first-time buyer or a seasoned property owner, Tatyana adapts to their desired level of involvement and knowledge base. Tatyana has a deep understanding of the business and legal aspects of real estate transactions-but she also understands the emotional aspect of buying or selling a home and how to guide clients to the right choice, based on their combined financial and qualitative needs.
Raised in Russia, Tatyana is a graduate of Far Eastern State University, and has earned a Master degree in International Business Management. She lives in Laguna Beach, and is a member of Laguna Beach Board of Realtors. Additionally, her first language is Russian, and she has cultivated a niche market in expatriate relocations.
