I come with an extensive background in the IT industry. Beginning with my IT education first as a developer and then as a distributor I performed training and support tasks to customers. This led to social work and social development experience preparing and supporting projects for government and private donors.
I have worked in every area of IT such as senior developer, trainer, troubleshooter, help desk, consulting and distributing for almost 25 years working in different industries including manufacturing, hotels, timeshares, cemeteries, hospitals and insurance. I retired from IT to work at social development non-profit organizations as operating manager establishing and maintaining relationships with donors from different countries helping to fight poverty in underprivileged areas.
For years I have been interested in and studied the real estate business. However, different circumstances like the crash of the market the last decade and my work and travelling overseas did not give me the opportunity to start doing what it takes to focus on this career change. Now I am ready and enthusiastic to begin and to learn as much as I can to find my area of expertise in a short period of time. I am eager to embrace this phase of my career and develop new ideas to reach and build my clientele.
Over the years I have honed my ability to talk to people and make them feel their needs and desires are important. With that understanding, I am able to establish a trustful and lasting relationship. These are traits that I will apply to my clients in real estate. Having new ideas, thinking in a different way, becoming fearless trying new ways is something that I will use to give me an edge in this new industry.
My number one hobby is family and I enjoys spending time with my wife, children, and grandchildren. I enjoy travel to new places and learning about different cultures as well as watching movies, playing tennis and golf, reading books, going to the beach, and trying extreme activities.
I am bi-lingual and can assist Spanish-speaking clientele.
