Chris Duff serves as Branch Manager of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties' Beverly Hills/Rodeo Drive office, one of the company's most dynamic locations, bringing together nearly every specialty division under one roof: Luxury, Sports and Entertainment, Commercial, New Homes, Probate, and Seniors real estate.
With more than 20 years of real estate leadership experience, Chris has built and led organizations generating significant annual sales volume with full P&L accountability. A serial entrepreneur, he has founded five companies with five profitable exits. Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, Chris co-owned Beach Real Estate Group and Innovate Success Strategies with his wife and business partner, Tamara Suminski. Together, they built and led both organizations, creating a strong legacy of growth, leadership, and client service.
Chris is also a passionate national educator, having trained more than 10,000 real estate professionals across 40+ association partnerships nationwide through courses, workshops, and designation programs he has taught and delivered. He holds a bachelor's degree in Science and Business, along with numerous professional designations and certifications, including ABR, AHWD, C2EX, CRB, GRI, ePRO, SRS, SRES, PSA, and RENE, and is AI-certified through the Wharton School.
A committed industry leader, Chris currently serves as the 2026 President of the Greater Los Angeles REALTORS®, is a Director of the National Association of REALTORS®, and is a graduate of the NAR Leadership Academy. In June 2026, he was inducted into the NAR RPAC Hall of Fame at the $100,000 level, following three prior inductions. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the California Association of REALTORS® and as Trustee of the California Association of REALTORS® Political Action Committee.
Chris is a licensed real estate broker in California (since 2018) and Texas (since 2011). Outside of his professional commitments, he enjoys surfing, fly-fishing, and riding his road bike, and values time spent with family and volunteering in the real estate community.
