Colleen Santino has a love and passion for Real Estate and has been a proud San Marino resident for over 15 years. She began her career in 1991 as an agent assistant under some of the top agents at Coldwell Banker San Marino and then started out on her own in 1994 just after getting married. Colleen and her husband, a local builder, have successfully completed many of their own purchases, remodels and sales and she has been able to parlay these experiences to help her clients at all levels of home ownership from first time buyers, investment purchases, the expanding family to downsizing and everything in between.
Colleen takes great pride in listening to her clients needs, wants and desires and adapting to what is best for the client in each and every situation. She is creative, kind, honest and her upbeat personality has afforded her a repeat clientele many that have turned into lifelong friendships. Colleen joined Berkshire Hathaway in 2015, an internationally respected company and her field of expertise has expanded across the San Gabriel Valley with a focus on Pasadena, La Canada and San Marino. Colleen has recently joined forces with her partner Kerry Maese, who brings an accomplished marketing career to the table and together they are a full service Real Estate Team.
In addition to her career, Colleen also finds time for her other passion, family. She has lived in San Marino with her husband and two children for over 15 years. Colleen is a member of the San Marino Chapter of National Charity League she has also held many positions on San Marino Schools PTA Committees, San Marino Titan Boosters and San Marino Little League Board.
