Doug Mathews is a third-generation family member in Orange County real estate. He brings decades of real estate experience and has successfully been a Top Producer Award Winner for multiple years in selling over a $1 billion of south Orange County real estate.
Before entering residential real estate, Doug handled the sales & marketing of master-planned business communities in south Orange County. Commercial real estate taught him about professionalism, marketing and negotiating for his clients on a large scale.
He offers an analytical mind of an investor and the understanding of emotions involved in selling & buying a home;
guiding clientele into making the best real estate decisions. Doug is passionate about serving his clients
and continues to look for creative ways to 'add value' for his clients, ensuring success for their real estate goals
Doug holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Business, from Westmont College, where he was a top nationally ranked tennis player.
Doug is genuinely committed to giving in our community and around the world. He and his wife have served on the Michael Chang Tennis Classic
& Exhibition Committee (benefiting HomeAid OC & Chang Family Foundation); Westmont Alumni Association and at his local church.
Doug and his wife, Sandy, reside in Coto de Caza, California.
