Fabrice Borel

No stranger to the craft of sales, Fabrice Borel cut his teeth in the two worlds of Auto Sales and the Restaurant Industries. He left the South of France with a Law diploma and sold cars for a number of reputable automotive groups for 15 years. During a two year residency in Great Britain, he also worked with Alfa Romeo and Fiat, eventually returning to the U.S. to direct finance for a Ford dealership in Northern California. Shortly after meeting his wife, Alison, the two partnered up to create Fabrison's, a French restaurant specializing in crepes. Together they ran a total of three restaurants: one in Little Italy, one in Coronado, and another one in Jamul, where they reside. After a good run of ten years, Fabrice and Alison retired from the restaurant industry in order to concentrate on the unity of their family (his crowning achievement) and focus on the joint effort of raising their son, Cody. Fabrice actively coaches Cody's tennis team at the La Mesa tennis community association, bringing forth his background as an avid tennis player and instructor during his youth in Marseille. Surfing and archery are other ways he winds down, and he has a keen desire to live a more sustainable life with his family in Jamul. The duration of his citizenship recently surpassed that of his native youth in France, and he can undoubtedly say he knows all the neighborhoods of San Diego better than his home-town. From coastal living to urban spaces, Fabrice is familiar with them all and has quite recently become well acquainted with the residences east of San Diego.
