Before becoming a real estate agent, Glenn spent 10 years as a painting contractor and handyman. He is extremely knowledgeable with remodeling & contractor work. Glenn moved to Oceanside in 1979 and has lived in North County ever since. He has proudly raised 3 teenage sons right here in North County.
Tanya move here in 1979 and has spent her whole life here in San Diego. She started her career as an Assistant Commercial Property Manager of The Aventine Building in La Jolla and continued her experience with Property Managing shopping centers in North County. After having her son in 2004 Tanya decided to use her knowledge of Property Management & marketing expertise to explore Residential Real Estate with Prudential California Realty.
Glenn Holtz and Tanya Gabriella Holtz joined forces in 2011 and made it official by getting married in September of 2017.
