ABOUT JAN WAGNER
I have lived and worked in South Orange County (Dana Point and San Clemente) for several decades and know the local market well. I'm very familiar with Laguna Beach. My husband's family owned a home in Three Arch Bay for over 50 years. When it came time to sell it, I managed the listing and represented both the buyer and seller. I also had a successful transaction near the water off 4th Street in South Laguna.
I have represented sellers and buyers for the past 17 years, with multiple transactions in Laguna Beach, Dana Point, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Mission Viejo, Aliso Viejo, Lake Forest, and Laguna Woods.
I take a highly personal approach to real estate. Helping my clients makes me very happy. I emphasize regular, clear communication. I pride myself in being accessible and taking the time to understand my client's needs. I'm always just a phone call away.
Besides being a full-time realtor, I enjoy spending time with family. Especially my two grandsons. I love the idea of home. That's why my slogan is: " Your home is where my heart is."
