Jennifer Halbert is a Southeast girl who has found her home on the west coast and is excited to help others do the same. She was raised in Central Florida and graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in advertising and public relations. She then studied at the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale and received a diploma in graphic and desktop design. Jennifer spent most of her younger years working in marketing, promotions and graphic design. She ultimately found her calling as a Realtor. Jennifer holds a California real estate license and is a member of the Laguna Board of Realtors.
Jennifer originally moved to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career and eventually found her home in Orange County. She feels people are drawn to Laguna Beach because of the welcoming, artistic vibe of the area. Having moved across the country, Jennifer understands the challenges of relocating to a new area. Whether buying or selling - across the country or across the street - she has made it her mission to make any transition into or around Laguna Beach as smooth as possible for her clients.
Jennifer likens real estate to a matchmaker business. She wants buyers to fall in love with their new homes. She takes pride in her attentive customer service and treats each client as she would a friend. She is driven to find the right home for each family, based on their personal needs and wants. Jennifer's father sparked her interest in making smart investments at a young age and instilled the importance and value of investing in real estate. She has since shown a strong aptitude for discovering and capitalizing on real estate investment opportunities.
Jennifer uses her eclectic background to take selling a home to the next level. Passionate about architecture and design, Jennifer creates welcoming spaces that invite buyers to envision a house as a potential home. She also draws on her marketing experience to create social media campaigns that reach beyond typical listings.
At the core of everything she does is her family. Hailing from New York, Jennifer's parents instilled the values of honesty, integrity and hard work in everything she does. Her entire family has relocated to Laguna Beach and Orange County. The family still gets together every Sunday for dinner. She is the proud dog mom of an adorable Pomeranian mix, Bitsy. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys abstract painting, auditioning for acting roles, substitute teaching at a respected in-home preschool in Laguna Beach, and helping out in her community.
