Julia Kwon was born in Seoul, Korea and spent her childhood in Sao Paolo, Brazil and later moved to Southern California. Julia speaks English, Korean, Spanish and Portuguese fluently. Her multicultural background has given her a great ability to understand and adapt to the individual needs of her clients. Julia attended The Otis College of Art and Design, graduating with The Thimble Award, it is awarded to the winners of the Critic Projects for their graduating designs. After graduating, Julia founded her own company in Los Angeles, and was recognized by the former Mayor of Los Angeles Tom Bradley in 1993 as one of the up-and-coming designers in Los Angeles. She developed all phases of designing - from concept to marketing and to production in the ten years she was in the garment industry. Additionally, she orchestrated and managed the twenty plus employees who reported directly to her. Julia worked with many chain retail stores as well as private labeling, catering to their individual needs. Her creativity, attention to detail, managing time, negotiating, and communication skills in all levels became a valuable asset and continue to serve her real estate clients as well. Julia is passionate about charity work. She is active in the National Charity League, volunteering with pride in her two children's schools in Pasadena area. When time permits, Julia and her husband and children go on church mission trips together. With the same attention to detail and dedication, Julia confidently assists her clients with their real estate needs. Whether Julia is working with a first time home buyer, investor or luxury property client, she prides herself on her ability to be attentive to their individual needs and close transactions while providing excellent customer service.
