"Katherine stands out for her energy and ability to make things happen. She has an eye for detail and aesthetics, and at the same time can see beneath the surface of a property and think about what would be involved in renovating or making improvements. She is a truly dedicated professional, and a pleasure to work with!" -- Stacy R. H.
"I have known Katherine for many years and can attest to the fact that she brings high levels of intelligence, thoughtfulness, and energy along with an effective work ethic to any project she works on. I saw this first-hand when I worked with her on oceanographic research projects at UCSB." -- Libe W.
Born in New York City, Katherine is a dedicated, detail oriented, hard working professional. Katherine has communication, research and business skills to successfully secure the properties to match the needs of each of her clients . Her wealth of knowledge about local schools, the community, and market trends helps clients find their ideal properties.
Katherine's real estate objectives are clear: to provide precise, personal, and professional service to her clients to help them sell their homes; and to help friends (and their friends) secure properties with comfort, value and the details to match their needs. Katherine knows the importance of confidentiality and professionalism.
In 2002, after working in advertising and marketing in San Francisco, Katherine moved to Santa Barbara because she heard it was a beautiful place to live and had a great SCUBA diving program at Santa Barbara City College (SBCC). Impressed with the nature-oriented California lifestyle and a few great mentors, she dove into a PhD program in Marine Science at the University of California Santa Barbara (UCSB). Katherine's completion of her doctorate with two kids demonstrates her ability to get things done. In particular, she understands how perseverance, flexibility, patience and a sense of humor achieve goals.
Working in Santa Barbara for over fifteen years, Katherine has a reputation for being honest, diligent and caring. Katherine is also committed to volunteering and doing professional service. From teaching, collaborating and volunteering, she has nurtured an extensive network to help her find, purchase, sell and remodel homes in our community. Katherine knows the importance of listening and open communication to become successful.
Katherine enjoys her work and it shows in her attention to detail and commitment to her clients.
