Born and raised in Los Angeles, Kathleen obtained her law degree at UCLA and moved to Santa Barbara in 1985 to practice law. But after over 4 years of practicing law, Kathleen smartened up and pursued her passion for real estate. Kathleen has specialized in the marketing and sale of beach and estate properties in Santa Barbara for over 30 years totaling in excess of $1.25 billion in career sales.
