I'm very familiar with the process you and your family are going through in changing homes. My family relocated a lot when I was growing up. Moving in and out of houses is in my DNA. By the time I left for college, I'd lived in 3 countries, in 14 cities and attended at least that many schools. Personal care and attention to each client's needs goes hand in hand with providing the highest level of service with integrity.
What does that mean? Whether your buying or selling, it's exciting, it's disruptive, many documents must be considered reviewed and signed, and emotions can rise and fall every step of the way. My role is to steady the waters and offer guidance. Most importantly, I listen. Ultimately, you're in charge and you'll make the right decision. You just need the right information. That's where I come in.
I bring a powerful set of skills to the table. Throughout my professional history my job has been to make decisive and timely decisions. Often, the situation involved multiple trades/departments and all the personalities that came with them. Without going into detail, they ran the gammut. Whichever hat I wore, my role was to communicate clearly to everyone, make the right move and deliver the best results.
Getting the highest value for your home means preparing and marketing it to get the most attention. It's something of a production. As a designer/coordinator in commercials and music videos, I collaborated with all departments and outside vendors from pre-production to wrap. That meant budgeting, hiring sub-contractors, negotiating bids and managing crews. Researching architecture and interior design was often part of the process in creating a wide range of sets for different bands and brands. Together we can draw from this type of comprehensive approach in deciding how best to present your home to buyers.
My people skills are solid. As a photographer I coordinated with clients to get them the images they needed. Whether it be a corporate marketing, professional headshot, celebrity coverage or political/business convention I made instant connections, wrangled the right people and consistently got the shot. I was often brought into dynamic, chaotic and at times tense situations where I had to produce results. Again my role was to steady the waters and get everyone going in the same direction. As we close the deal, this clear communication, meticulous coordination and attention to detail will be key skills I can draw from.
I love Los Angeles. I've made it my home for 28 years. I have photographed its people and its neighborhoods, scouted it for locations, developed it for investors. Now I represent homeowners and homebuyers who have or want to make it their home.
