Raylene has been involved in the real estate industry since the 1990's and actively serving the industry and her clients for nearly 20 years. She came to the real estate business with a vast and accomplished professional background. She is passionate about upholding the highest standard of ethics, offering superior service and desired results to further the American Dream of Home Ownership! She is also committed to her industry, city and community as reflected in her service.
Raylene serves as a state director for the California Association of REALTORS (C.A.R.), currently as Vice-Chair of Risk Management, Past President of NSDCAR, and awarded REALTOR® of the Year, for her extemporary service to the members. She held numerous positions at SDAR both appointed and elected by her peers. Raylene has served on Professional Standards at both SDAR and currently at NSDCAR and as a trainer for the National Association of REALTORS (NAR). Raylene is also currently certified by the California Association of REALTORS (C.A.R.) to teach the Residential Purchase Agreement and ZipForms. Participation in these organizations keeps Raylene informed with current information which translates to better service and expertise for her mentees and clients.
Part of Raylene's dedication to real estate includes participation in her industry and volunteering with the Housing Collaborative at Homeowner Clinics. She was one, of only a few, who was qualified and invited to counsel with HUD counselors for distressed homeowners needing guidance on their options for recovery and received the C.A.R. prestigious Betty Dobkins award for her dedication and advocacy. She maintains a higher level of certification by maintaining the Risk Management Specialist (RMS) Designation, requiring continuous training by legal experts. This provides greater protection for her clients in each transaction.
Professional experience, ethics and honesty have earned Raylene a Mayoral appointment to the Relocation Appeals Board for the City of San Diego for the past 10+ years She is also one of 24 professionals who were selected to participate in the first ever, Public Leadership Institute in San Diego. Raylene was selected because of her business and leadership accomplishments and commitment to the future of San Diego and those living here.
