Born and raised in Orange County, Susan Hidar brings a deep-rooted connection to the communities she serves and a genuine passion for helping people find a place they are proud to call home. Before entering real estate, Susan spent more than a decade as a high-school teacher-a career she loved and one that shaped her natural ability to listen, communicate, educate, and connect with others.
Susan's interest in real estate began with her love of the stories behind the places we live. An avid Halloween enthusiast, she has explored countless historical walking tours throughout Orange County, discovering that every home and building has a story to tell. Today, she brings that same curiosity and enthusiasm to helping clients discover the possibilities in each property and find the home that fits their own story.
Susan specializes in serving clients throughout Tustin, North Tustin, Irvine, Anaheim, and Laguna Hills, including Nellie Gail Ranch. Whether guiding a first-time buyer, helping a family make a move, or assisting a seller through an important transition, she approaches every interaction with patience, care, and a commitment to making the process as positive and informed as possible.
Outside of real estate, Susan enjoys Disneyland, easygoing hikes, exploring Orange County, and spending time with her husband and their six-year-old. She has also embraced life with her husband's unique collection of animals-including a Percheron horse, a cockatoo, and a long-haired Persian cat-which has given her a whole new appreciation for the many ways a home can be shaped around the people (and pets!) who live there.
At the heart of Susan's approach is a simple philosophy: look for the good and be the good you want to see in the world. She strives to brighten someone's day whenever she can, and she brings that same kindness, optimism, and genuine care to her clients.
For Susan, real estate is more than buying and selling homes-it's about people, stories, and helping others find a place where their next chapter can begin.
