"A house that has been experienced is not an inert box. Inhabited space transcends geometric space ." -Gaston Bachelard, The Poetics of Space
The spaces we inhabit shape the way we live. The search for the right property, or the right buyer, can never be reduced to mere formulas and numbers.
William Price Moore approaches real estate with a rare combination of design literacy, psychological insight, and financial discipline. Working across some of Southern California's most distinctive communities, he advises clients on properties whose significance extends beyond square footage-into architecture, lifestyle, and long-term value.
William joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in Beverly Hills in 2014, setting an office record that year for the largest debut sale with his first transaction in the Hollywood Hills. After early success in residential sales, he expanded his practice through study in commercial real estate and finance at UCLA, concentrating in investment management and analysis. This included representing the seller in the sale of a retail property on Sunset Boulevard that set a record price for the area.
His path into real estate began much earlier. Raised in a family of residential and commercial brokers, William learned early how relationships are built and why they matter. Time on job sites with contractor friends of the family gave him an early education in how homes come together. While at the University of Kansas-where he completed his B.A. with honors in psychology-he purchased his first home and undertook a full renovation, designing and executing the project from the ground up, completing most of the work himself. It sold, furnishings included, to the first buyers who viewed it.
In 2020, William relocated to Laguna Beach, drawn by its dramatic coastline and historic arts community. He remains active through his Beverly Hills office, dividing his time between Laguna and Los Angeles, where relationships cultivated over two decades remain foundational to both his life and work.
William is an active volunteer with the Laguna Ocean Foundation and a member of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
