ABOUT YENNIS WONG
Yennis was born and raised in Los Angeles and calls the greater Pasadena area her home. She and her husband have 2 school age children, enabling her to provide her clients with first-hand knowledge on educational options and services within the community. During her pursuit in obtaining her Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing, she landed on coveted position as a Coordinator in the Post Production Sound department at Sony Pictures Studios. From there she was able to apply her negotiation skills and project managing directly into creating a successful real estate career.
Yennis is a veteran agent of 23 years and loves helping her clients achieve their goals in the ever-changing marketplace. She specializes in the Foothills and San Gabriel Valley primarily in the following cities: Pasadena, San Marino, South Pasadena, Altadena, La Canada, and San Gabriel. Having represented both buyers & sellers, enables her to consult with her sellers with the insight of what buyers in the marketplace are looking for and utilizing her suite of professional contractors to help her sellers get their home market ready. Buyers benefit from the real estate relationships she has cultivated through the years and her knowledge of negotiating competitive offers to get her buyers the home of their dreams. Throughout her real estate career, she has represented a spectrum of clientele from first time buyers, to step-up, estate properties, step-down, executive relocation, and trust sales.
In 2019, Yennis represented the seller of 1161 Virginia Road and set the record for the highest sale in San Marino that year. To date, that sale still holds one of the highest price per foot sale in the Pasadena Foothill Area. She also holds the record for the 2nd highest sale for a single family home in Monterey Park located on Crest Vista.
She is a Chairman's Circle Platinum recipient representing the top 2% of more than 50,000 Berkshire Hathaway agents nationally since 2012 and has the Luxury Properties Designation.
