Garrett McCaw is an Associate Broker at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services and one of the founding members of The Santa Barbara Group - a team of Realtors dedicated to being accessible and delivering the highest level of professionalism to their clients. A long-time resident and graduate of UC Santa Barbara, Garrett has an intimate knowledge of the entire community having listed and sold residential properties throughout the community over the years. Upon graduating from UCSB in 2004, Garrett immediately began his career in residential real estate and is ranked in the top 1% in the nation for sales volume. Garrett enjoys spending his free time with his lovely wife Alexis and his 2 children, as well as in the water surfing or out on the golf course.
